  • 14oz Garofalo Penne Ziti Rigate Pasta

  • 14oz San Marzano tomatoes

  • 1 red chilli pepper

  • 1 green chili pepper

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Extra virgin olive oil (as required)

  • Parsley to taste

  • Pepper to taste

    - Place a pan with plenty of water on the stove and add salt when it comes to the boil.

  • 2

    - Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and fry the garlic and chopped chillies in a pan.

  • 3

    - After a few moments, remove the garlic from the pan and add the tomatoes and salt.

  • 4

    - Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the sauce, stir and, finally, serve adding the chopped parsley.
