Together let’s learn how to pronounce the name of our brand and our pasta formats correctly.

Here’s some good news: as of today, there’s a handy way to learn how to pronounce the names of Pasta Garofalo pasta shapes in Italian.
Yes, because food and speech, taste and language have always been linked together.
So, we conceived Italian Mother Tongue – Learn, Speak, RepEAT, a web series designed to acquaint you with the Italian culture of Pasta.

We start off with our brand name and then move on to the names of some iconic Pasta shapes. Do you sometimes look at our Pasta packages and not know how to pronounce what it says? Now Luca and Giulia are at your service to lead you on a journey of discovery of Italian phonetics. In the videos, with “sing along” audio, our two young virtual assistants will take turns in conveying in a clear and simple way the pronunciation of pasta shape names such as Spaghetti, Farfalle, Fusilli, Mafalda corta, Casarecce, Helicoidali and Tagliatelle.
