Every chef who posts a recipe made with Pasta Garofalo on the website www.garofaloinspires.com and includes it in the menu of his restaurant will be able to compete for a master class at Accademia Niko Romito, the academy of a three-starred Michelin chef.

The masterclass includes:
1 round-trip ticket to Rome and transportation to and from the airport
An English chef tutor
4 days of professional training at Accademia Niko Romito (27 hours)
5 nights in a four-star hotel
